Panera Bread - Feedback

What tim covert doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I always expect them to be out of whatever I order at this restaurant. They were out of soup and made a bowl by half-filling a cup and handing it through the drive-thru window while unenthusiastically announcing they were also out of mac and cheese.
