Nitros Grill - Mayfield Heights

The employee literally didn't greet us. The manager came over as my bf went to the bathroom and handed us his bags as he closed the doors almost 20 minutes earlier. I get wanting to go home early or on time but the whole atmosphere was off by the behavior. Also online said they were open to 9pm. Live in a different city since they shut Moe's down where I live so I wanted to eat there as it was a 40 minute drive. Gone are the customer service days. Don't need you to feed me by spoon but a little common courtesy would be nice.

Had a very nice quesadilla with the chips, many times. So many wonderful times. And honestly, it's great, wonderful and very professionally prepared. Chips and quesadilla never fail to satisfy me, and the staff never fails to prepare the food either. Staff is kind-hearted, loving, and fantastic. Service there is excellent, terrific, and respectful in every way. No doubt on this place here: 5 stars for this wonderful place! Food was delivered to our table. A very pleasant sign of respectful service!

Chipotle who? Every moes location I’ve been too has had consistently good food. They’re never out of ingredients. Friendliest staff and clean restaurant.They’re a little skimpy with the amount of fajitas they give but otherwise a solid place to eat at.
