Jimmy John's - Mayfield Heights

Delivery is super fast and they actually got out of their car and handed me the sandwich at the door of my apartment building. I like that. I don't understand these delivery drivers who wait in their car. Now what I don't understand is how hard is it to put peppers and mustard on the whole sandwich and not just a pepper here and there and a glob of mustard somewhere in the middle. That I do not like. 3/6/2024 Tried their new lobster salad today and I was extremely disappointed. Just like with their tuna they give you next to no lobster salad and it's just not very good. If you are thinking back to Subway and their seafood salad you'll be very disappointed. For $11.99 it's insulting how little actual lobster salad they give you. I am starting to rethink Jimmy John's if this is as little as they think of their customers.

We waited 40 minutes for them to make 5 subs on an online order… so much for fast. Refused to give us a refund and offered us a five dollar discount on a future order but gave us no coupon or any way to redeem this.

Sandwich was made on fresh bread. Not a lot of fillings in the sandwich though. The also didn't cut the sandwich. I didn't catch that until I was driving and trying to eat it. Lost a star in my review for the lack of cut.

Had to reconstruct the veggie sub and the sandwich artist who made it did an excellent job

Employees were very nice and were very fast. But they charged me for a pickle and then didn’t give me one, and also ignored most of my topping requests. Really disappointing.
