I decided to return to the re... read more I ordered two monster burgers for my husband and me. When we got home, I noticed that the burgers each had only one piece of meat. I decided to return to the restaurant with my entire order and asked for a replacement. The woman on the headset was quite rude. When I reached the window and explained the situation, showing her the sandwiches, she remained disrespectful. I told her that I didn’t want to eat cold food after spending $60, but she continued to be unhelpful and struggled to process my refund after I returned the food. Overall, I had a terrible experience and I won't be returning.

Give... read more On October 7, 2022, at 8:00 PM, I returned home only to discover that some items I had paid for were missing from my order, so I had to make the trip back. Given how expensive everything is these days, this was particularly frustrating. When I received the replacement fries, they were only filled to less than half of the container, and the sandwich bun was burnt. I spoke with the manager about these issues, but I was met with disappointing responses. First, he claimed that all their buns look like that, which isn’t true. Secondly, he mentioned that since he doesn’t work on the front line, he can't control how employees fill the fry containers or ensure that items aren't left out of orders. If he has no influence over the staff's performance, what exactly is his role as a manager? The reality is this: with prices continually rising, customers don’t want to pay $45 for a fast food meal that is either inaccurate, incomplete, or overcooked. If the cost has doubled compared to what it used to be (and my salary hasn’t!), then I believe it’s reasonable to expect at least a basic level of quality control.
