What Allison Herzog doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Artificial intelligence is taking over McDonald’s. So sad that you now need to order on a screen instead of talking to a person. The people that were working were very friendly when asking for help. I felt bad for the people that work there, as it seems there is really no management and they are left to fend for themselves. Customer service is dead and seems like leadership from actual people is dead too! View all feedback.
