Dirty seats, employees clean them but don't let anybody use them. They have one side clean seats and expect you to arrive, buy and sit down in the dirty seats side,its ridiculous. This restaurant is the prime spot for Puerto Rican Chinese cuisine. I ordered the chicken pfeffer and it came with a generous portion of chicken pfeffer, French fries, and Chinese rice. The meal was a delight. View all feedback.
