The latte I received had a strange brown residue around the edge, and I suspect it might have been hot chocolate. It was the worst latte I've ever had. I returned it, and they began making a fresh one. My mother's tea looked nothing like what was advertised. When I asked her how it was, she said it was extremely weak. I tried it myself and it tasted like water, so I took it back as well. I was very frustrated and asked if it was supposed to look like the picture. The staff didn't seem to understand and asked me which picture I meant, as there were four different images. When I walked over to show them, I was told I shouldn't be behind the counter and asked to leave. I then requested a refund, which wasn't easy to obtain. They finally agreed to refund £19, but I felt that was still short of what I had initially paid. The staff member who served me even acknowledged that the drinks I received weren't what I ordered. In the end, I accepted the £20 refund, even though it didn't cover my total, and left feeling extremely dissatisfied.
