Food was great......now out of business
The food and service at this restaurant are excellent. However, we stopped coming here over a year ago due to the presence of cockroaches on the ceiling and at the bar. The server mentioned that this is a recurring issue, which is disappointing. Overall, the service was rated a 5 out of 5 and the food was rated a 4 out of 5. For a dine-in lunch, the price per person is $20-30.
The pre-show dinner was fantastic. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our meals arrived quickly and were cooked perfectly on a bustling Saturday evening.
Our party of four waited for an hour to receive our food at the restaurant. After 40 minutes of waiting with no updates from the waitress, I approached her to inquire about the delay. I was informed that there were numerous takeout orders ahead of us. While I understand that the business was busy, it would have been appreciated to have been informed earlier about the extended wait time. When our food finally arrived, we had to send back a burger that was raw in the middle. Despite returning the burger, the three of us who had ordered burgers still became violently ill afterwards.
The restaurant offers amazing food and excellent customer service. The dining experience was great, with a meal type of dinner and a price range of $10-$20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect rating of 5.
