Subway - Maurice

Finally started serving breakfast at this location so that's good. But my order got messed up. Feeling under the weather so I ordered online with curbside pickup. Order was brought to me but it was missing one of my 5 items (ordered for the family) and my own sandwich had the wrong toppings. Lady was nice enough when fixing the order but I was the only customer. Not sure how you mess up 2 out of 5 things when that's all you had to do. Customer service usually shaky at this one but today's lady was nice enough.

We placed an online order at 11:40. Order was supposed to be ready at 11:55. We walked in around that time to a long line of people, which is fine, that’s why we did a pick up order to skip the line and just go in and PICK IT UP. nope at 12 our order was not made and it was as if they didn’t even bother to care to look for our order because we had to tell them everything again. We had 4 sandwiches total. 3 sandwiches got made and then she would not make the 4th one. We asked why and she didn’t respond. We asked for a manager who was not or ever seems to be there, they get on the phone with her to refund us and tell her to tell us we won’t be getting our sandwiches after waiting there for 30 minutes. HORRIBLE service and POOR management. Won’t be going there anymore.

We placed an online order and arrived at the restaurant earlier than expected. Unfortunately, our order had not been started when we arrived. We decided to run an errand nearby and returned, only to find that our order was still not ready, despite 10 minutes having passed since the estimated time. We observed that they were making sandwiches for customers who had arrived after us. The staff tried to excuse the delay by claiming they were busy, but the real issue seemed to be their inefficient order processing. We learned our lesson to not order online, as it appeared that in-person orders were prioritized over online orders.

This restaurant offers affordable takeout dinner options, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I highly recommend trying their sandwiches.

The restaurant lacks professionalism in the way they handle their food and there is poor maintenance.
