He's having a good lunch at Dominique's. The welcome, the service, the place, the dishes, everything you need to book again. Fresh produce of the day so book in advance. The quality is at the rendezvous. We'll come back this fall to enjoy some bits of veal, some dirt meat and cream cabbage. This fall is a big deal. Thanks to the dominique and his team. It all starts a late summer morning, a smiling little lady crosses the village of trizac with a hand-cold chiller, it seems to be a ritual. actually the local people don't seem surprised, it's the restaurant's boss the garage that goes every morning to buy his meat at the butcher of Trizac. In the evening we are invited to discover this restaurant, first surprise the establishment is crowded, attention it is necessary to book, the guests come from all over the region and surely from elsewhere in this period. Our choice is to a piece of beef accompanied by a patranque (speciality of cantal, not to miss), you must live moments like this in your life, a moment when you want it to never stop each bite is an intense joy and it will be the same until the end of the meal.So, yes you must discover the cantal that remains one of the most beautiful local triac restaurant but you must stop at the end of the meal. A great thank you to the cook and owner of this establishment but also to our cousins for this discovery and this moment of happiness.
