I had a work meeting here... Interesting atmosphere and decent quality food. Soup/sand/salad/apps all good. Nothing amazing other than the free cookies at the end of our meal... That was a treat! Most of my issue was with staff. Hostess was great, but Waitress was way over worked at lunch and needed to be reminded about everything. Manager delivered our meal and did not even look up to acknowledge our question much less bring the silverware we were asking for. Maybe B team for lunch, but needs improvement.
YUMM! Luckily this restaurant was nearby to our hotel so we decided to check it out.
After hours in the car we spotted Max & Erma's and thought "Oh good!" coming from another time zone we walked in a bit before 9PMthey close at 10.
The food was great, but the air was so cold that my aunt could not eat all her food because she cooled her plate.
Friendly staff. Pretzel and tea-lime highlights. Pasta was to dry oily chicken. Chocolate cookies just right.
