This one was in... read more Bread was soggy on burger and fries were not fresh. They were crunchy and dry. Orders may not be like all the time but that is what I received. This one was in the area where I was. When I have gotten Cook Out in the past its from Lauren's Rd which is better. I expected better or the sam since this location is somewhat newer.

The buns held up nicely, unlike the ones... read more On a positive note, I recently visited the Cook Out in Anderson, SC, and had their huge burger, which was much better. The buns held up nicely, unlike the ones in Mauldin. You guys really need to improve!
