The chef's palate is exquisite... read more This restaurant is amazing and worth a detour of a good few miles. Personally I would alter my itinerary to pass here every time. The chef's palate is exquisite, the local wines come from exclusive cellars not open to the public and the dishes are sophisticated and, ir must be said, completely delicious. The balance of each dish is perfect, and the thought and skill put into each one is palpable. The only thing missing is the people, as we were almost alone on a Thiursday night, but it has only been open for a few months and is not on any of the search engines. If you are one of those willing to economise on your hotel in order to enjoy a world class meal, Nuances is ideal as it is a short walk from the nearby Premiere Classe. We booked as we were intending to arrive quite late. I suggest this would be a reasonable precaution.
