Came here twice over the summer, each time in the month of August. Each time they didn’t have water or Gatorade, which is fine since life isn’t perfect. However... read more Came here twice over the summer, each time in the month of August. Each time they didn’t have water or Gatorade, which is fine since life isn’t perfect. However, rather than just letting me swap it for some other comparable drink in the fridge, the manager tried to get me to call the app for a refund (there is no way to do it on the app itself). When I asked why I couldn’t just swap something else, I was told it would screw up their inventory (as if I or my thirsty kids in the car care, and wasn’t inventory mismanagement what caused this in the first place)?Anyway, the lack of an accountable manager and the lack of a drive thru will cause me to permanently skip this Dunkin.

I appreciate the great service and will definitely return. Just a heads up, accessing this Dunkin during peak traffic can be a bit tricky. However, there's ample parking available.
