Love Lane Kitchen - Mattituck

Was way better before the hipsters discovered it. Now you get long lines, inflated prices, and mediocre food.

Kid-friendliness: A tad too kid friendly for us...second time in a row we ended up sitting with screaming 2-year olds at the next table. We grin and bear it...what can we expect at a 5pm dinner seating? Not the right hour for a romantic dinner date. But the food and service are great and the prices are fair. We'll be back (with ear protectors, just in case).

Parking: closest parking is $15 for the day and we got blocked in. Kid-friendliness: My toddlers were in rare form when we visited and the staff as well as other patrons were empathetic. its a great spot overall and you can definitely bring the kiddos to watch the boats in the summer

Went on Sunday for dinner. Parked immediately in front of the restaurant. Was seated immediately. Place is appropriately decorated with sayings around Love as the location is Love Lane. We had burgers ? one Beef and one Black bean. Both delicious and fresh. The garlic French fries ? perfect. We ended with a very delicious slice of chocolate cake ?made by mom . Wait staff attentive.

We went on First Fridays, and despite the crowds, LLK seated us after a short wait, and the service was excellent. We split an entry and an IPA. The street was closed and the band played great music. We had a delicious pasta and eggplant dish, which was vegetarian.
