Jan's Chinese Food - Mattituck

Some of the best Chinese food I had in a long time. General Tsau is excellent! Won ton of soup very good. Vegetable lo my best around. Sweet Sour Chicken was also good. Forget how good this place is, but usually only the general tsau.... more well rounded in the flavors tastes this time.

I enjoyed Jan's Chinese food on many occasions visiting my father. The food is excellent and the service is just as good. I can't say enough about how good they treat their customers. Andy went beyond and beyond to my father who had difficulty going. They prepared his favorite, only ordered by John, shredded pig chow mine.

I first asked about the pig and dump soup from her online menu and the checkout had no idea what I was talking about.... Certainly the confusion could have been my bad one. I ordered the Sesam chicken plate and it was very good. The restaurant was warm and welcoming, while most Chinese takeout spots have this inconvenient mood with faded characters, worn decor and an inexplicable design.

The best Chinese food on the north fork and a large family....

I have seriously NOT found a better Chinese food place and I have been to quite a few places including out of state! The scallion pancakes are the BEST out of anywhere I have EVER had including in California as well. Pricing is very good-Portions will have you set for dinner next days lunch!
