The Exchange Pizza Depot - Matthews

We don’t know what happened. Pizza tasted great. However, several hours later my husband and I both fell ill at the same exact time. We’ve been sick for hours since eating here (I’ll spare you the gory details) We had the mushroom and ricotta pizza, and a chicken quesadilla. We didn’t eat anything else during the day. Sharing so hopefully this place can review their storage/preparation policies. There’s no where else we could have gotten this. ??

Service here is excellent. They were friendly and efficient. Food is average. Flavor was good but crust was soggy. Atmosphere is ok. It's just a take out spot so nothing to judge there.Parking: 2 hour limit street parking for parallel parking.

I came to this location with a friend and we were not disappointed! Loved the pizza, service was excellent, and despite how busy they were everything was fresh! They're definitely a little pricey but I say the food is worth it. I can't wait to come back and have some more!

Was excited to try this place out. Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread and got some drinks at the tap house next door. Waited the quoted time for pizza. Both the pizza and cheese bread had a gas/fuel taste unfortunately. Will try again since the ingredients seemed fresh and it might have just been an off night.

Great service, great staff, great pizza. Crazy how I had a way better experience here than at a legit sit down restaurant in downtown (looking at you Franklin Court Grille)
