Stumptown Station - Matthews

I absolutely adore this place - the friendly atmosphere and awesome rock music really set the mood!

Stumptown Station is a traditional neighborhood bar with excellent service, a friendly staff, and a wide selection of tasty cocktails and beer. It's the perfect spot for a date night with a great atmosphere. I highly recommend stopping by to relax and feel like part of the Matthews family.

I absolutely adore Stumptown Station! It's my favorite spot in downtown Matthews! Not only do they serve the best cocktails in Charlotte, but the owners and bartenders are the best too! It truly feels like hanging out with family every time I visit. I always feel safe and comfortable whether I'm alone or with friends. They always make sure to take care of any issues with problematic individuals (though they are rare) and there are so many events to enjoy, from trivia and comedy shows to tastings and live music on the weekends! It's a fantastic place for any occasion and a great spot to meet new friends. It's like a second home for my friends and me. I absolutely love this place!

This bar located in the center of Matthews is fantastic. We visit every Wednesday for Trivia Night, which we constantly dominate. My friend Andy is a trivia genius, so make sure to bring your A-game. The service and atmosphere both deserve a rating of 5.

We had a great time at trivia night. Casey did a fantastic job as our bartender and Fernando was very welcoming and friendly.
