This dominos is great. The delivery guys are always friendly and so are the staff at the store. Had some very long wait times at times but with covid and everything they have had staff shortages, NOT their fault. They have been doing the best they can and Ido not fault them for that. What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I have had it with this location. Every time I order delivery it takes 2 hours to get to us, there?s always something missing or wrong with our order and the costumer service is the worst. Tonight I spent 15 mins on hold after waiting an hour and 45 minsfor the pizza to arrive. We continue to try to order from this Domino's. However, they continue to have delivery issues. There has to be some way to better manage a customers expectations. It's consistently over an hour to get a basic pizza. Their tracker could be their worst enemy. It just told us that the person checked the order at 7:05. We called at 7:30 and were told that it would still be more than 30 minutes before it left due to the pizzas in front ours. We've cancelled 2 other times for this same reason. The last time we called, my wife was treated rudely by the person who answered. We decided to give them one more try. Until they can resolve this delivery issue we're looking for a new pizza delivery in Indian Trail!
DON'T ORDER HERE. I placed a delivery and waited 40 minutes and nothing. I called them and they told me they didn't even make my pizza and it's gonna take at least another 45 minutes! I canceled it.
This is disgusting and called to tell them the issue and he told me to email them and look for their email address on google because he doesn?t know it. Does this look like a pepperoni and olive pizza ? The grease is dripping off this and it?s wet. I amnot eating this and neither is my family.
I had an awful experience yesterday, October 16. The driver seemed to get lost, and even though I was initially given a two-minute delivery estimate, it ended up taking nearly 45 minutes. By the time the pizza arrived, it was cold and hard. I was offered a 20% discount on future orders, but that’s exactly what I had already used, so it didn’t feel like a special deal for the poor service. I believe a refund would have been more suitable and appreciated, but that wasn’t offered at all!
This Domino's is fantastic. The delivery drivers are consistently friendly, and the staff at the store are just as welcoming. Occasionally, there have been long wait times, but considering the challenges of COVID and staff shortages, it's understandable and not their fault. They are doing their best, and I don't hold that against them. The food is delicious!
