Cracker Barrel - Matthews

Thanks to their support, she can now sit in a regular chair and enjoy breakfast for about 30 to 40 minutes at almost seven years old. I truly believe this is because she feels so comfortable there. They are understanding about her bringing her iPad, the volume level, and her toys scattered across the table, and they don’t mind when she makes loud noises. They genuinely care about her and always ask how she’s doing when we arrive. Today, a lovely waitress even made her toast extra soft, just the way she likes it, and took a picture with her. I hope the team at the Matthews location knows how much their kindness means to me. It’s a blessing to have a place where I can enjoy quality time with my daughter while she happily eats scrambled eggs, toast with grape jelly, and strawberries. #crackerbarrel #autismawareness

Cracker Barrel offers fantastic food, including options that are Keto-friendly! Our waitress was exceptional, delivering excellent service, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

The food has been excellent during our recent visits. While the service is generally okay, it does seem to be missing a certain spark. Occasionally, it takes a bit long to receive our drinks.

I couldn't put off writing this review! I went in tonight with my family and service from beginning to end was phenomenal! We were seated right away and Anthony helped us. He was awesome! And he put up with our family's craziness very well. ; He went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed! The food was also amazing! We haven't gone out to eat much because of everything going on this year but you guys made tonight special. Thank you!!!

We had the best time. Service was great, food and our server keep the coffee coming. It was chilly and rainy out. We got a fireplace seat. Remind me of home and snow.. will return keep up the great job and you do have a staff that goes above and beyond...thks
