I'm here to praise the pharmacy department. I called at 6:35 to refill a prescription for my son. He's a type one diabetic so it's literally a lifesaving prescription. We were completely out so I took a chance and asked if we could pick it up right away, assuming they'd tell me no because they close at 7. Let's be real Costco isn't anyones favorite place. It's typically crowded and your fighting people off with your cart, just all around stressful! However, I have yet to come into contact with a rude Costco employee until today. Heather was extremely rude at checkout. Love Costco but the parking lot at this location is a disaster!
Whatever you do stay away from Costco's tire shop. Horrible service, extremely long weights, very poor installation. After $1200 of new tires, I went back the next day with a flat, a week later with another flat, all due to the installation process.
What happened to service? Costco used be all about the membership, but sadly it appears that service took a major hit over the pandemic, and it never came back. I used to love coming to Costco, but now I cringe whenever I realize I'm out of something I need. It's either out of stock or the price has gone up dramatically. Then there are the lines. More self check lanes were not the answer. I'll still come, but I'm I'm already splitting my time between Sam's and Costco so we'll just ply it by ear.
Waited 30 minutes to pick up contacts that I already paid for...front end manager no help...only one person working.
