Chick-fil-a - Matthews

This location needs to seriously reconsider its franchise status. The experience is chaotic and the inside of the restaurant is even worse. I eat at Chick-fil-A at least once a week, often more, but this particular place feels like it's the only one that doesn’t operate smoothly. I frequently drive out of my way to go to Mint Hill, Indian Trail, or Arboretum just to avoid the chaos here. During COVID, they should have upgraded to the dual lane setup like so many other locations have, which would greatly improve the flow. I genuinely wish this location would get it together.

I typically have a positive experience when I visit this restaurant. The only downside is the wait times, which can be quite lengthy at times. However, aside from that, the customer service is excellent!

Good morning, please open your dining room! It's July 2022, and this will be the last time I wait in a line that's 25 cars long because you're still not fully open. The Indian Trail and Monroe locations have been fully operational for quite some time.

I called the time ahead to see if they had a chicken noodle soup early this morning, the lady said yes, I told her I was on the way. What a way to recover from Kovid thanks to Chick-fil-A sincere gas wasted!!!!! #EssentialWorker

My order was at 6:33am today. I ordered the Egg white grilled chicken muffin with no cheese. Since I had to be to work, I couldn't go back to exchange this. It's smashed and obviously has cheese on it. Smh
