Great location right off the highway. We used the drive through because the lobby was COVID closed. If I had to use one word to describe our visit, it would be- Disappointed!!!!! Just disgusted! Awful service. Just Terrible . Bojangles, I think she needed help, a vacation, raise or something! The female that took our order and cashed us out was ridiculous! Rude, negligent and unaccountable. We ended up going through the drive through twice to get our order corrected. First time we were short 2 biscuits. The second time, she gave me a pork breakfast sandwich and swore I ordered it.
Yesterday (11/16/2020) morning I went there on my 30 min lunch break. It was 10:15am. The woman in the drive thru made me wait a couple mins and it was only a car in front of me. I asked for a chicken supreme tenders combo and she said they weren't ready so I ordered a combo of chicken sandwich supreme instead. She was with an attitude. I paid and left. On my way back to work, I started to eat my fries and they weren't fresh but I was starving so I had no choice... when I got to work I opened my sandwich and the chicken was undercooked! I looked inside and it was just as if it was flipped for a little bit and then flipped again and thats it.. It made me nauseous and obviously ruined my appetite. I definitely won't go there no more. At that time they should have everything ready for costumers and offer a good service plus provide good food. Such a bad experience. I took pictures and unfortunately I couldn't go back there to physically complain because of time restriction. You should implement the cleaning and food regulations or find a better staff.
