This pizza is amazing! It is so good. The price is very daunting, however. We got a large cheese pizza with three toppings and a large Margherita type pizza and spent almost $60. We also got garlic bread but it is only a toasted sub roll with butter and garlic. The price is the main reason I gave it four stars, that and they have a Tuesday special of $3.50 off large cheese pizza. The employee forgot about it and when... View all feedback.
What Chelsey Daugherty doesn't like about Bisonte Pizza Co.:
Such a total disappointment and a waste of $26. Never again Meatball sub, awful. Not even whole meatballs on the bread. Beef on weck came out half cold after waiting over 15 min in an empty restaurant. Do yourself a favor and pass this place and drive 2 miles down the road to Mario's View all feedback.
Must be the best wings I've ever had in a restaurant. I probably go there too often for the wings and their blue cheese and ranch is homemade. It's so good. Would definitely recommend!
My wife went to college in Buffalo and really liked the wings they made up there. We now found a spot where she can satisfy her hankering for them. Friendly service. Pretty good pizza too. Definitely going back to try other options.

The employee forgot about it and when I mentioned it, I had already paid, she just said sorry(appreciated) but did not give me the discount or anything else to make up for it. Excellent, excellent pizza, pass on the garlic bread, be prepared for sticker shock.
When we discovered this restaurant in June 2019, it was a heavenly taste for this Buffalo girl. The pizza, the wings, the fingers... it was all dead I grew up. In the last six months, however, something has changed. I am not sure whether management has changed or what, but the quality of food has gone extremely downhill. The pizza is fat and often inconsistent until the amount of blows etc., the wings are either overcooked to be the point, jerky or swim in so much sauce that the chicken is completely lost, and the fingers... well I'm not even sure how to describe what happened to them. A chicken finger is fried and then sown like a wing, but normally, the last 3 times I ordered it, they were burned, hardly sown, or what I can only describe as double fried (where it seems they were fried, sown and fried again). Because of the love we had for this place, I wanted to give them another attempt, but after another double-footed finger situation today, where they were dry and hard, we are officially done to give them opportunities. It's a shame, really, as there is a huge population of transplants from WNY to Charlotte, and they could really have been "the place to go for those looking for a taste of home and now, we'd rather not even try it.
Great pizza! Atrocious customer service (especially person who answers phone/order orders) and roughly under staff! I have submitted an order for delivery. 2 pizzas for a total of $40 not included top. 1-1.5hrs, which is reasonable for dinner. 2 hours pass and no pizza. I'm going to the restaurant and the pizza I ordered wasn't even done. If you only recommend, if you have only a few customers, this device cannot deal with high volume adequately.
