Giordano's - Matteson

Great place for food and game watching. You have a ton of televisions, tables and employees throughout the restaurant. The food tasted like all the other Giordanos I visited. We had a group of 6 people and they let us preorder our food and let us add additional food and drinks when we eat without problems. The bathroom is small for a restaurant of this size and could have more attention for more cleaning (what was why I gave it four stars), but it dining area is very cleaned, spacious and sanitary.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a Chicago deep plate pizza that I like in the area I live so when I'm in the area of Chicago, I get a Giordano pizza. I order a Deep Dish pizza filled with Pepperoni, Sausage, Onion, Mushrooms and Black Olives, which ends about one inch and half thick. Then I snatch each piece in a food saver bag, eat the bags in a cooler and enter the 1200 miles back home. The family at home have always enjoyed this effort and always asked for a repetition on every trip to the north. If you ever try in the area of Chicago, a Giordano pizza filled with the ingredients you enjoy, I know I will.

I work on the street and placed my order online. It was a simple process and picked up my order 45 minutes later. My pizza was hot and my salad was nice and cool. Service was Outstanding! My perfect lunch!

Giordanos in Matteson does not disappoint! A deep dish Pesto Chicken ordered and the Pesto Chicken was tender, the crust was made to perfection and the house salad was worth going back for seconds! I have to give the #Manager #Nicole a special S/O! They were very busy at the time of my call, but they took the time to make sure that my order was correct and made sure it was delivered in time! It is the great food and excellent customer service that has kept me as #LoyalCustomer for over 40 years (even if I lived in California, I order a frozen deep dish and sent it overnight). #Giordano's girl and girl

We had the absolute BEST experience of our thus far 4100+ mile journey. Nicky (Nicki? was the #1 reason why. The food was great. We had the Chicago Deep Dish and salads. The salads were FRESH and delicious. The drinks...Nicky knows how to make a REAL Lemon Drop Martini and she even gave us the back story of the beer my husband ordered. You'll have to ask her yourself. If I were a local I’d be here all the time in Nicky’s section. Thank you. It was a great experience. We were completely taken care of. Go here.
