The food is very good and comes out piping hot. It all tastes very fresh. The atmosphere is good as well, with some nice decor. It is rather small though, and visiting at a busier time might yield different results. View all feedback.
What Kelsey O’Donnell doesn't like about Tastebuds:
I haven’t eaten there but they suggest making a reservation. I have tried calling this place multiple times to make reservations and no one ever answers the phone so I’m not sure how people are supposed to make a View all feedback.
Food, cocktails and service very good. Highly recommend.
This is officially our new favorite brunch spot! Food and service are truly amazing! Scott was our server this past weekend, and he made us feel like we’d been coming here for years. We got the zucchini fritter Benedict, a Belgium waffle with fresh berries and a breakfast burrito with sausage, home fries and fresh pico de gallo. The menu had a nice selection of Benedicts We can’t wait to go back and try them all! The zucchini fritter and crispy prosciutto complimented each other perfectly, and inspired us to crisp up our own prosciutto. What a creative twist on an old classic! The waffle had the perfect amount of sweetness and the variety of fresh berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries) was a nice addition that gave it a little tartness. They added roasted red peppers to the breakfast burrito which really made it stand out, and we loved the fresh pico! The restaurant also has a full bar and lots of specialty brunch drinks. There is high top seating at the bar area, as well as tables throughout the restaurant. We did not have to wait this past Sunday when we arrived at noon, but we were told it does get busy on the weekends, so there could be wait times. Prices were reasonable, which is rare nowadays, and the portions were generous. The quality and creativity of the dishes absolutely blew us away. This place is truly special! Open until 2pm on Sundays, definitely check them out! Cheers and enjoy!
This spot maybe was a house originally. The sign is very small. The inside is quite plain and sets a not so exciting tone. But, let me tell you, the food and is service is impeccable. I got the steak risotto. The steak was out of this world tender and I ordered it medium well. My husband got the chicken parm that was not overwhelmed with a plate full of pasta. The chicken was crisp and the sauce had a hint of vodka. Excellent hidden gem:
Great spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner in Mattapoisett. The food is delicious and everyone is super nice. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable. I love going there for breakfast during the weekend.Omg the passion fruit crepe with strawberry and coconut was delicious. That was a special but I hope I can go back soon and order again. I can’t stop thinking about it lol
Wonderful Sunday brunch before biking on the Mattapoisett bike trail. Great menu. Suggest reservations, we got lucky and they squeezed us in. They also have a tent outside for a few tables. We're going back again! Vegetarian options: Nice variety for brunch
