The restaurant we visited left us wanting more, with slow service, expensive food, and a seemingly different operating time zone. On the other hand, another restaurant provided exceptional service, delicious food, and went above and beyond to accommodate guests. The stay at a local inn was pleasant but lacking parking, leading to unexpected costs. A cozy cafe impressed with fresh sandwiches, nice tea, and clean facilities. Traditional food at a pub was a hit, and a breakfast spot stood out for outstanding service and delicious meals. Was Giraver at Bank Note Cafe a mag?
We felt so looked after here. Both being vegan, we were worried they would not accommodate for a good breakfast but we were pleasantly surprised. Great for a good ol fry up breakfast. Really lovely service too.Thanks for such a great breakfast! View all feedback.

Would not be coming here again in a rush. The place was empty could count on one hand how many customers were here! It took ages for our meal to arrive, the person who served us was very miserable. Will not be recommending this place. On top of this our food was warmish but with waiting so long could not be bothered for it to be warm up For what we had was a bit on the expensive side. Food and service 5 star ! The owners went above and beyond for us during our stay , we had a fabulous lunch and an even better breakfast! The owners helped us at a moment’s notice with our flat tyre too ! Will be certainly coming back !
On entry we met a lovely gent !!! Very inviting and conversed with the children patiently and happily . The service and food is excellent and we will definitely be visiting again !!!!
Dealt well with dietary requirements, nice place for breakfast. It was quiet the day we went and the specials on the board sounded nice and friendly staff
As far as I know they open at 10. We went last week (14/02) and at 10:10 they were still closed. This week I phoned up to check if they would be open today (22/02) at 10. I was assured they would be. 10:10 we were still waiting, as was a food delivery truck. Appears they operate on a different time zone to the rest of the UK. Can't comment on the food, I've not managed to get any.
Superb Full English. Popped in early on a rainy Saturday to be treated to a proper feed. They were flexible with our canivore-only guest (don't ask). No fuss at all, great service.
