Haven't changed a bit since I was a kid. French fries SUCK ever since they quit cooking them in the unhealthy animal fat. (years ago, nothing to do with this location) Self ordering touch screen on the inside of the building. Interesting, yet annoying. The staff used to maintain higher standards, but it seems that lately, they aren’t as friendly or attentive. There have been times when they don't even acknowledge you when you walk in, which is disappointing. Overall, I'd rate the food a 4, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4.
