Beyond that, the failure was a kind of Asian seasoned sauce and dice overcooked long bean, none of the kind of cooking was right.

We opted for a tasting menu that truly amazed us with its meticulous attention to detail throughout the dishes, where we always found traditional flavors with a modern twist that never distorted the dish's origins. A special mention goes to the slow-cooked egg, with its truly unique flavor and elegant presentation, and the stuffed tagliatella. Impeccable service, the staff were extremely friendly but always professional. Thank you so much for the amazing dessert too!!! Thank you, Chef Marino, for giving us this wonderful evening!
