The kitchen style was somehow kreatiw with Asian and local taste fusion. during the chef the taste combination cannot manage very well and was not able to deliver the right taste or taste. the 52-degree slow boil oktopus was a great catastrophe that the otopus was cooked completely without texture and no taste. Beyond that, the failure was a kind of Asian seasoned sauce and dice overcooked long bean, none of the kind of cooking was right.

If you like to eat fine with a twist on the basis of traditional food “Dialects”, le bubbole is the right place this restaurant offers an excellent cuisine in an elegant/rusticò ambiente served by a attentive staff. the menu is diverse, with new interpretations of the mama kitchen as well as surprises based on local products. the wine list is well composed and includes the flirt of basilicata with non-native grapes as well as great local wines. we have an excellent consulting to choose suitable weine to a complicated selection of dresses. we have already booked the visit nr. 3 at the return of this abode.

Very good for so fantastic food. Good wine list, again at reasonable prices. Spectacular setting. The service was a little slow to go, but was very good after. Very recommended.

I visited this wonderful restaurant for my husband's birthday with friends. We opted for a tasting menu that truly amazed us with its meticulous attention to detail throughout the dishes, where we always found traditional flavors with a modern twist that never distorted the dish's origins. A special mention goes to the slow-cooked egg, with its truly unique flavor and elegant presentation, and the stuffed tagliatella. Impeccable service, the staff were extremely friendly but always professional. Thank you so much for the amazing dessert too!!! Thank you, Chef Marino, for giving us this wonderful evening!
