What Hans H doesn't like about Charlie's Speakeasy:
After a great day with nice food, great view in Matera we try to end the day smoothly with a beer. Thought this would bei easy peasy but not in this bar. First I ordered 3 beers from the tap they gave me one bottle of beer. After my little note that I like to have 3 beer the offer me 2 bottles of beer and told me they are running out of beer. I paid 10 €, normally smal beer cost 2-4€ in a restaurant max. So we enjoye... View all feedback.

I must point out however that we have taken a bottle of wine, paid six times its actual price and equally expensive cutter, given the nature and quantity of food. My general judgment is very positive. However, I would recommend that owners/mangers value prices or regulate the quality of the current price range.
Last night I was in this place with friends and the experience was really great. the place is huge and structured on floors. the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, postpones little to years and the furnishings are chosen with great care. inside are paintings of emerging artists. regarding the service, fast and friendly. the cocktails really well made, accompanied by a really rich cutter. right prices for the experience and location. to return permanently.
The room is really well-kept and in perfect speakeasy style, the password is missing to enter; a little prohibition age, a little bohémien with that big red velvet curtain heavy combined with a minimal light. bartender inexplicable, good and original cocktails. I recommend the millelire spirits in mix version (excellent the honey one.) a touch of internationality that I absolutely recommend
Cocktail at the center of matera not to the maximum of flavors but all perfect thanks to the friendliness and joy of the waitress.
Refined and well-kept cocktails, the boys put us education and passion. Great!
