It was a hot, hot day and the thought of walking uphill to the station unappealing. All three of the staff we spoke to were very pleasant and we appreciated their help.

Our family of 6 watched as the waitress repeatedly ignored our table to take the order of those around us. She saw us and continued to say momento. She cleared... read more Our family of 6 watched as the waitress repeatedly ignored our table to take the order of those around us. She saw us and continued to say momento. She cleared other tables. After 30-40 minutes, she finally took our order for drinks (cold coffee and sandwiches and water). After another 30 minutes, our drinks had yet to arrive. We now sit here almost 1:15 min in and still haven’t received our order or even our waters. We are just waiting for her to come back so we can pay and leave as we are now due to leave for our tour. Sad and incredibly disappointing as it’s a lovely spot. We did notice that there was only 1 waitress for all the outdoor seating so they are clearly understaffed but the waitress also showed clear disdain for serving non-Italian customers. Avoid !!
