The cod in tempura and the roasted octopus are excellent, but if you come to Matera it is not the sea that you need to taste but the land, carefully revisited here with turnip tarts, organic truffle tagliolini (ask Antonio to explain the truffle and its variations and what about the decomposed millefeuille.... In short, an experience, not a dinner. You can do without Michelin stars if you come to the Duni restaurant.
