Oh. My. God. Just had the best experience eating here! Our panini was AMAZING. The truffle fries are delicious. We also got french onion soup on the recommendation of the manager Jeff, who is absolutely fantastic and took great care of us there. The soup was so delicious. Jeff surprised us with the Nutella filled funnel cake bites which were like the best dessert I've ever had. Definitely a spot you need to try!!! Wo... View all feedback.
What Christine Bayer doesn't like about Panini Bistro:
What’s “New” on their new menu is that they are charging $3.50 more for the same salads. The chicken had previously been included in the price. Very disappointing. I’ll be opting for less expensive lunch options. View all feedback.
These are my guys, I order from here for lunch at least twice a week and it always hits the spot. Great staff, They go above and beyond. I read some of the negative reviews and I am actually shocked because I love it here. The turkey, apple and Brie panini is my personal favorite and when I do order sfogliatelle it?s always warm. Please bring back the corn chowder guys, I really miss it. Also, those Santa Fe eggrolls are bomb ????
After my review for the Spotswood location, it was recommended for me to try Matawan if I wanted to sit down and eat. Avoiding my laundry, I decided to take the 40 min. drive to Matawan. I'm glad I did. The weather was beautiful today and they have a nice outdoor eating space. It was very clean. Usually, outdoor eating spaces are poorly kept, but the space at Panini Bistro in Matawan was so clean. The inside was also very clean. This is something that I also noticed about
Great food. It?s hard to find a favorite. Every time I go I try something new and so far nothing has disappointed me. If the weather is nice it is enjoyable to order food and sit outside to eat. Highly recommend eating here. Large variety of items on menu.
I was nervous after I had already ordered then later decided to read some reviews saw comments of the food not being substantial as I ordered a breakfast sandwich (with no meat which can be small to begin with), however they must have seen that criticism improved on it because that was not my experience at all! Egg was plenty, fluffy, and cooked to perfection, cheese in every bite, the croissant was fantastic, the perfect amount of everything in the sandwich.
I gave this place 3 chances and was disappointed every time. First visit was the buffalo chicken wrap. It barely had any chicken on it to where i had to throw away 1/3 of the wrap because it was just tortilla and lettuce. $10 for a skimpy wrap with no sides? Ill pass. Okay, Panini place so maybe a wrap wasnt the right choice. 2nd visit?Cheesesteak Panini. Very little steak on it and the sourdough was badly burnt and completely destroyed the taste and flavor. I wound up
