What Spurwing Manager doesn't like about Matat Gardens Guest House:
My husband stayed here last night and the previous night. There was a party that went on all night long, with guest shouting, hooting at the gate to be let in at all hours of the night, very loud music. People (guests) attempted to get into his room during the night, rattling and banging the door. No sleep and no satisfaction or resolution when I called to complain this morning! Unacceptable. I was quite disappointed during my stay as the towels were dirty, and the bedding was not properly ironed. It had been a week and a half, and I expected better.

My husband stayed here for the past two nights, and it was a terrible experience. There was a loud party that went on all night, with guests shouting and hooting at the gate to be let in at all hours. The music was extremely loud, and at one point, other guests even tried to get into his room, banging on the door. He couldn't get any sleep, and when I called to complain this morning, I received no satisfaction or resolution. This is unacceptable.
