Was Anonym at Rustik a mag?

restaurant located in the heart of the port of killing with excellent views of the Mediterranean sea. The lids are very rich and the amounts are reasonable. the waiter who has served us (I do not remember his name, only that he is asturian) has been very kind, attentive and quick to serve. I must emphasize that we have been invited to some shots of lemonade. the atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing. the price is acc... View all feedback.

What AJR1969 dislikes about Rustik:

Went as highly rated on Trip Advisor. The map on here is very misleading as it looks like it is the other end of the marina past Hotel Atenea (where we stayed) whereas it is by the main entrance to the marina. Ok tapas, all the usual options, though we had honeyed aubergine which was great and not on everywhere. Was very busy and atmosphere was good as they had a band playing, but service was a bit chaotic and it too... View all feedback.

If you’re in Mataró you must go here, the staff are so friendly and polite and the food is amazing. Being English we’ve had a terrible reception at some of the other places nearby, but we’ve been here twice during our stay due to the wonderful food, sangria and service, it’s the best place we’ve been to!

Really friendly smily staff who made every effort to accommodate to myself as a vegetarian. The aubergiene fritters with goats cheese and raw sugar cane syrup is absolutely amazingly delicious and really filling. My boyfriend had the shark dogfish and he loved it too really unique but a local delicacy. The patatas bravas was really good too and you could tell it was freshly cooked. Lovely fresh orange juice too all at good prices and beautifully located on the port. Thanks for a lovely dinner!

Visited twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. Food is very simple and traditional, very Spanish Catalonian. My wife and I loved on both visits. Great tapas and sangria at a very low price. Service very friendly.

Nice place for a quick bite, we went there 3-4 times during our stay at the Atenea Hotel close by. Food is simple but tasty, and service is fast. Sometimes they have live music in the evening, witch is nice addition to the experience. Do expect a fancy place, as the decor is quite rustik and minimalistic as the name implies.

Very nice little restaurant, the Paella was great as well as the conversations with the owner. The next time I'm here, I'll definitely eat there again. And the beer cups are great:D

Excellent place. Loved food and service and prices are very reasonable. Had the Patatas Bravas, Pan con Tomate and the shells a la marinera. It's delicious.

We had the best tapas and paella in Mataro. Great and personal service, good environment and nice drinks. You can taste the personal touch in the food, with only the small extra culinary touch. Great recommendation

Nice lunch. Good, simple tapas and very friendly service.

The best tapas we'd had whilst in the Barcelona area. The staff we really friendly and helpful too and spoke excellent English. Really yummy cocktails and fresh lemonade too!!
