You can literally smell the fish sauce coming out of the plates and that’s how I know it’s the real thing. The flavors are bold, not toned down, and I love that. Even small details like using chili flakes instead of just sriracha or chili in oil makes a difference for me. The panang curry was super rich, creamy and coconut y, peanut y and very comforting but still strong in flavor. My pad krapao was very flavorful and spicy (as I like it , and with rice it balances everything very nicely. Not bland at all. The pad thai was also very good, you can taste the tamarind sauce, that sweet and sour authentic taste that sometimes is missing in other places. I was also happy to learn they use fresh kefir lime leaf : you can really smell it in the dishes. For dessert we had the banana roll with ice cream and it was sooo good. Warm, crispy and sweet with the cold ice cream, great combo. The space is very nice, many windows and well lit. I like the plants inside, it gives tropical vibes…. The Thai decor details makes it feel cozy but still modern. The owners are so cool. We will come back for sure.

Had the red curry which was delicious with the perfect amount of spiciness. Tried the green curry on my second visit which also was very good but maybe a bit too spicy for my taste. Definitely recommend if you're looking for tasty food in Mataro.
