McDonald's - Matane

While it may not be the worst restaurant, the service here is truly awful! I had to return to the drive-thru multiple times to speak with the manager because most of my order was missing, there were no napkins, and there were no straws for my drink. To make matters worse, the staff members do not speak English! On the bright side, at least the restroom was clean.

Awful wait time, rude staff, the restaurant is disgustingly dirty. I miss the days in the 90 and beginning of 2000s. This restaurant used to be so clean and fun to go to. it used to be fast and the food was hot! For the past decade its just worsen so much that pretty much all my friends and my myself included are not going to mcdonalds anymore. nobody like to eat in a dump full of garbage, seeing employees arguing to each other almost at every visit. To avoid having to smell and see the dirtiness of the restaurant you decide to go to the drive thru. well for sure your order will be mess up and you will wait your entire life in this drive thru even for 1 burger. Mcdonalds matane should be closed for good before people get sick.

Français suit. Don’t eat there. First we ordered two pancakes breakfast we had only one fork one knife. Second the pancakes were cold. What they call a bacon was 1 slice of bacon cut in three. The hash brown was overcook. It’s the first and last time I eat there

Idk if their low on staff but we waited 37 minutes in the drive thru. I wouldnt stop there to eat again.

Busy place on the highway but ok. Service was good and the wash room clean. When I was moving from Charlottetown to Montreal I stopped there with my cat Briza and it brings me good memories. Now I always stop there if I am passing through.
