We really really want to like this Dairy Queen location but unfortunately they have disappointed us time and time again. We love blizzards but they have continued to get worse each visit. We just went today and they had only mixed the top third of the medium size blizzard so most of my ice cream was plain vanilla. This has happened every time we've gone the last few months (and we go a lot). The customer service is also very lacking- we've been treated rudely and the employees have been inconsistent with how the app works and have denied us deals because their internet was down so we couldn't open their app. Also, now you are charged for a cup of water which seems pretty outrageous. Overall, just very disappointed in management and in the quality of food. We will not be going very often anymore unless they start serving us food the way it's supposed to be served.
