Picoteo Cafe - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Picoteo Cafe:
I visited the cafe with two friends after reading a review in the Lonely Planet guide. We were disappointed as the cafe was more like a low end bar with tables with huge amounts of beer bottles on them and lots of cigarette smoke. The coffee was weak although the flavour was good. it is now in a new location. it is 10 times better than the previous place they have. now they have two different environments. a flur and a terrace. it is the place for local and foreign a beer and nice eating for a really good price to share. View all feedback.
