What Anonym dislikes about Kfc Masterton:
Once again, the restaurant was very busy, even though it was after 9 o'clock. We waited in line for over 20 minutes before finally placing our order. We were disappointed to hear that they were out of the popular spicy wings that we wanted. Hi, I ordered 5 ribs, 2 large orders of fries, and a large coleslaw. I only received 2 ribs, 2 wings, and a drumstick. It's disappointing that I didn't get all 5 ribs as requested. I hope next time they pay closer attention to my order.

I had to do a click and collect order as not everyone is online. The staff were friendly and the food was good. However, I only received 3 pieces of my order when I had ordered 4. I also ordered extra potatoes and gravy, but they had run out. Fortunately, my colleague offered to share their meal. Please see the photo to see the missing piece from my order.
