Take-out meals for lunch at this restaurant are priced between NZ$10-20 per person. The food is rated a 4, while the service and atmosphere received a 2 and 3 respectively. Highly recommended dishes include the Ultimate Burger Meal, Potato Gravy, Tower Burger, and Popcorn Chicken.

Once again, the restaurant was very busy, even though it was after 9 o'clock. We waited in line for over 20 minutes before finally placing our order. We were disappointed to hear that they were out of the popular spicy wings that we wanted. We also requested extra spices on our fries, but when we reconfirmed at the window, they still didn't have them. It seems like there are always issues with this KFC location in Masterton.

The service was poor and slow. The dining area was not even open due to understaffing. I will never return again. This branch is an insult to the brand and should be shut down. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1.

The food at this restaurant was only lukewarm, and despite spending $91, we did not receive our entire order. We were unable to reach the store by phone to inform them of the issue. The delivery service received a rating of 2, while the food and atmosphere both received a rating of 3. Overall, the experience was disappointing for a dinner meal costing between NZ$20-30 per person.

I had to do a click and collect order as not everyone is online. The staff were friendly and the food was good. However, I only received 3 pieces of my order when I had ordered 4. I also ordered extra potatoes and gravy, but they had run out. Fortunately, my colleague offered to share their meal. Please see the photo to see the missing piece from my order.
