Not only did they provide the pizza, but they also included a note on the box for me. My cousin loved the pizza, and so did Pete from Strokeby! I asked Mandi if it was better than flowers, and she enthusiastically said yes. The service was fantastic, and the pizza was delicious. Many thanks for making my cousin's day special! I was shocked by the p... read more The next day, I called the owner to let him know what happened as a courtesy, but instead of taking responsibility, he tried to blame us. I was shocked by the poor service and have informed my group about the experience; they couldn't believe how rude the owner was, especially since I was just trying to help him prevent this from happening again. I won’t be returning and will make sure others are aware of this situation. It was truly disappointing. In response to the owner's below comment: There was no order placed because your staff member didn’t enter it into the system. My call was simply to inform you of what transpired; I wasn’t looking for anything in return, just trying to be kind. You didn’t need to treat me that way or accuse us of not calling. It’s clear that you prefer to blame customers for the issues stemming from your management.

This place has its own unique style and atmosphere, along with a menu that stands out from what I was used to in Britain. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the pizza came out much faster than I expected. It was absolutely delicious, and if I weren't living on the other side of the world, this would definitely become my new favorite. Highly recommended!
