I visited last Sunday morning and ordered takeout. The beer was good, but the food, while hot and fresh, was rather uninspiring. I tried the wings and the pulled pork sandwich recommended by the bartender. Although the food wasn’t bad, it just didn’t stand out in any way. Empty tables, but all were dirty. Had to ask if we could order food after waiting 20 min to be acknowledged. Waiter replied, “or you could just go to the bar if you are waiting too long”. He then made another rude comment. We ended up canceling our food and leaving. It was too bad because the beer was good and we were looking forward to the food and hopefully having another regular stop on our brew hopping.

What a gem! Visited here while in the area and what a great choice. They have been around for 5 years and the way they operate, they will be around for a long time. While we were there just for the beer, we observed a variety of plates coming out for the brunch, that looked delicious. Devin, our bartender, was fabulous. She knew her brews and made great recommendations. A novel concept....they mix different pours to concoct a whole new flavored beer. We were delighted with 3 different compounds that was pleasing to the palate and wondered why more breweries didn't do this. I am not a fan of stouts or porters, but Devin's recommendations have made me a convert. The brewster, Mike, was pleasant. Yes, definitely a must go when visiting the area and hankering for a good beer.
I visited this past Sunday evening and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and patrons. The two-piece band was excellent, which is what originally drew me in, as I absolutely love the blues genre. When I arrived, a patron made space for me at the bar, and I was quickly handed a menu. The beer I chose was so good that I ended up getting a second one to enjoy with my Cobb Salad, which was also very tasty. It was a fantastic evening, and I will definitely be coming back!
Spitfire Irish Red is incredible! I really enjoy the subtle maltiness and the overall smoothness of this beer.
