Saturday was my 2nd time going to Ben's Crab, and like the 1st time, the ladies at the entrance were very friendly. On my 1st visit I ordered the Shrimp Cajun Pasta, and it was sooooo good. The wait for the food was around 15 mins, not bad at all. I sat at the bar while waiting for my food, and decided to have a Cosmo. It was OK, not great, but OK. What m s doesn't like about Ben's Crab Massapequa:
This first and last time I order from this place. I expected quality seafood not chinese takeout shrimp from the hood. Calamari were soggy with no flavor what's ever. They said they had cajun fries. Pouring old bey seasoning on french fries do not make them cajun fries(soggy). I saw 5 star reviews that's why I ordered. Those i'm sorry must be fake or payed for View all feedback.
Food was yummy. The tipping method is a no,no for me. Will definitely order again
The staff is cool and pleasurable, all of the bartenders are amazing and the manager of the restaurant is the best.

The newest Bens crab great location clean the atmosphere is great
The food and drinks were great and the crab legs were to my girlfriend's liking will definitely be coming back!!
