Sobol Massapequa Park

Whoever controls the music here has the worst taste I've ever encountered.

This used to be my favorite spot for acai bowls, but after today, I really don't want to go back. I usually order half green and half acai with no granola, but today they refused my request and charged me extra for acai while I still wanted the same amount in the cup. I ended up getting just green, which isn't what I wanted, but I thought it wouldn't be a big deal. However, when I received it, it was practically inedible—just ice in a cup. Even after leaving it in my car heater for 30 minutes, there were still chunks of ice. It really put a damper on my day. If you're looking for an acai bowl, I would recommend trying another location.

I visit this place every week with my grandson. The staff is very friendly, and the smoothies are absolutely delicious! As for parking, there's a large parking lot in the back.

The bowls are being prepared with significantly less granola than they used to be a few months ago. Each time I order, they are not made consistently. It seems like the restaurant is cutting corners to save money. I might have to find a new place. Food: 2/5

Shannon is an incredible representative for SoBol. She is knowledgeable about the products and provides excellent customer service. I’m glad I visited SoBol in Massapequa Park this morning, and she assisted me in choosing a tasty breakfast!
