Inexperienced staff (he did not know the offer of wines) with difficulty in communicating with foreign tourists, despite the highly touristic place. The meats in the cutter are not the ones you would expect to eat in Tuscany, the baked potatoes were obviously heated.. The couple next to us complained about too much sand in the clams that had not been properly purged. The only positive note is the ragù peas that were very good. Definitely to improve.
