I don't often blame myself for writing five star reviews, but Glendale Bakery is honestly phenomenal. I just started sixth grade, and I often buy pastries here while I went home. Once I bought a huge chocolate chip cookie for my friend, and the man behind the counter offered us the cookie for free. I went in 'cause the star rating didn 't seem bad at a glance. I should have read reviews. I ordered a cup of coffee and a walnut danish. $4.80 for both. I really want to like it because the store had a mom and pop feel. The service was polite, and the coffee ok. Unfortunately, the walnut danish was dry and stale. No View all feedback.
Love this classic downtown bakery! Friendly fast and locally staffed, you can get a box o pastries or an egg sandwich to your specification.
They make such delicious oatmeal. Their selection of baked goods is really good.
