Was Anonym at Panera Bread a mag?
Today for the first time Panera tries. We're on our way all day. The young man who welcomed us and helped us in our order, Robert was great! He was friendly, friendly and made excellent recommendations. The food was delicious, and the wonderful service made this one of the best culinary experiences we had on our nine-day vacation. We went to this restaurant for lunch with two people. The overall appearance of the location is very rundown. The tiles are dirty everywhere and the bathroom is grimy. My wife ordered the Thai chicken soup, which only had one piece of chicken in it. My Turkish avocado BLT was okay. I also had a bagel that was burnt to a crisp. I love Panera Food is great Made fresh and I've always been happy This go around my wife and I were fortunate to catch this location at a lull.
Rapid pick up was anything but rapid I waited for 12 minutes before I arrived at restaurant and 16 minutes in the restaurant.
Recently, my experiences at Panera have left me disappointed. However, during my visit to this particular location, I was pleasantly surprised. The service and the food were both excellent. I was especially impressed by the gentleman clearing dishes in the lobby, who was friendly and hardworking. Although I didn't catch his name, he was diligently collecting dirty dishes and maintaining a positive attitude. The staff preparing our food and taking our orders were also pleasant. Thank you all for your hard work and excellent service.
There is no one other than us in the restaurant and still we had to wait for 20 mins for the food over the counter. Only 1 lady was working and she is working very slow. The quantities served are crazy small. The breakfast is like a small bite and had to order couple items to be satisfied and it costs more than going to firstwatch. I’ll prefer not to go again here.
Ordered soup on line. They did not have baguette so substituted Apple. Bread is in their name you think they could of offered a different bread. Not sure if anyone has ever dipped an apple in french onion soup? Not a good combination.
