I totally understand that restaurants are understaffed right now as i work in the food industry, however that doesn’t excuse the lack of customer service this p... read more I totally understand that restaurants are understaffed right now as i work in the food industry, however that doesn’t excuse the lack of customer service this place has. not a word was spoken to myself and the person who sat us down after we had waited for 15 minutes at the counter with no one there. then we waited another 15 minutes and no one came to take our order. we left after seeing that people around us hadn’t be served either and there was maybe around 3 other parties waiting at the front who had yet to be seated. really is a shame that this location has gone downhill due to covid.

It appeared mor... read more When we got there, they were short-staffed and staff appeared disorganized. They said it would be 20 minutes and we only waited 5 minutes extra. It appeared more staff arrived and the place started to refocus. We had a party of 8. The server was awesome and he was very attentive and focused! Everything we ordered came out timely and delicious. I was amazed at the presentation as well. They have gf pancakes! It was impressive how well they handled the Sunday morning business. I would definitely recommend going there to eat! Great food and service.

However, after waiting for 45 minutes, I deci... read more Today is Wednesday at 10:15 in the morning. I arrived at a restaurant and was put on a waiting list with no issue. However, after waiting for 45 minutes, I decided to leave and went to McAlister's across the street. As I left, I noticed that IHOP had 6 occupied tables but could not seat me, another couple, or a group of two. There were about 30 empty tables. In my opinion, the proper customer experience would have been to seat us and offer us a drink while we waited. If IHOP continues to operate in this manner, I may not return. Next time I want breakfast, I will go to Waffle House instead.
