I arrived at the restaurant just before 7pm on a Friday night with my order for three people already placed and paid for. Unfortunately, we were informed that the lobby was closed. When I mentioned that my order had just been processed, I was told there would be a 40-minute wait. I requested a refund, but was informed that it was not possible. Every time I go through the drive-thru and ask for hot sauce, they never remember to include it in the bag.
I arrived at the restaurant just before 7pm on a Friday night with my order for three people already placed and paid for. Unfortunately, we were informed that the lobby was closed. When I mentioned that my order had just been processed, I was told there would be a 40-minute wait. I requested a refund, but was informed that it was not possible. While waiting, I noticed that there were two customers from the drive-thru with incomplete orders. Despite my patience, I found the situation to be unacceptable. Although I understand there may be shortages, there were still employees working and the drive-thru did not seem to be very busy.
