Subway - Mason City

The restaurant had a lack of personal touch in their service. When I got home, I discovered that someone else's sauce from a sandwich had spilled onto my foot. The staff made sure to press down on my sandwich with dirty hands and a dirty knife. Despite my concerns, I still paid for my meal. The younger man working there mentioned the importance of food safety. I suggest they improve their cleanliness and hygiene practices to avoid negative experiences in the future.

I tried a new turkey sandwich at the restaurant, and while it was decent, I probably wouldn't order it again.

I am disappointed by the unprofessionalism of the restaurant staff when I arrived to place my order and they were seen looking out the window and shaking their heads, appearing to express disbelief. I will be taking my business to another establishment.

What are supposed to be the different meats of the Cold Cut Combo all look eactly the same, and so disgusting I couldn't eat it.

Well the employees were right on it, they made my sandwich exactly as I ordered it! I'm particular about how my sandwiches are made so when I didn't have to repeat anything that I wanted it made I was impressed! Excellent
